Over 65, with no NDIS or other funding and a recent injury, Carolyn and her husband Brian enjoyed their first stay at Sargood thanks to the support of the Sargood Foundation.

Despite the weather, they found much to do indoors. Carolyn really enjoyed giving Virtual Reality a go – particularly the rollercoaster as it felt very life-like.

She was impressed by all the facilities and especially appreciated the home automation in the room, which allowed her to be able to control the heat, windows, blinds and television.
