Don Ferguson brings more than 25 years’ experience across personal injury and disability sectors, spanning government, non-government and private organisations. He has held leadership roles including Director of MS Limited and leading the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of NSW. As CEO of EML Management, Don is driven by a clear purpose: helping people rebuild their lives after injury and return to meaningful participation in work and community. As Joint Chair, he contributes deep sector knowledge and strategic insight to support the Foundation’s mission and long-term impact.
