What We Do

Life-changing opportunities are created for people living with spinal cord injury (SCI) and for those who care for them. At the heart of what we do is a whole-of-family model that includes partners, families and informal caregivers in the experience.

SCI Support

Our approach is practical, empowering and deeply human. Guests and Clients engage in adaptive sport and recreational activities, develop essential life skills, and access purpose-built facilities and leading technologies that support real-world independence. Just as importantly, they connect with others who understand their journey, building community, sharing lived experience and rediscovering what’s possible.

Sargood on Collaroy

Through Sargood on Collaroy, our Centre for Holistic Wellness, we deliver immersive, holistic programs that go far beyond traditional rehabilitation. With our Operator, Royal Rehab, Guests and Clients are supported by expert clinicians, therapists and facilitators to rebuild independence, confidence and connection to everyday life.

Grant Support

Through funding support, programs and advocacy, we remove barriers to access and extend our reach beyond the Centre, creating stronger individuals, healthier families and more connected communities.
