Rod Macqueen AM

Rod Macqueen AM is one of Australia’s most accomplished sporting leaders and a highly respected business figure. As Head Coach of the Australian Wallabies (1997–2001), he led the team to an extraordinary era of success—winning the Rugby World Cup, the Tri Nations Series and the British & Irish Lions Tour—holding every major trophy in world rugby at the time. He is recognised as an Associate Member of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame. Beyond sport, Rod was Founder and Chairman of Advantage Line, building a highly successful national business, and was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2003. As a long-standing supporter of the Sargood Foundation, Rod brings exceptional leadership, strategic insight and a deep commitment to helping people rebuild confidence, capability and connection after spinal cord injury.
